Cozumel Condos Rentals have four condo units
with 2-bedrooms, 2-baths and two condo units with 1-bedroom, 1-bath, all surrounding
a gated courtyard with pool, fountain, palapa and two barbecues.
All condo rentals have central air conditioning for cool, quiet comfortable
living. Complete kitchens include purified bottled water, full size refrigerator,
stove and oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and all utensils.
There is a large supermarket and shopping complex four blocks from the Casa
Martillo condo rentals.
The upstairs of the two bedroom condos have one bedroom with queen bed and private
bath, and one bedroom with two twin beds and adjoining bath. Downstairs includes
dining room, living room with sofa bed, and kitchen.The one bedroom rentals
have queen bed and bath upstairs; dining room, living room with sofa bed, and
kitchen downstairs.
Every bedroom has a balcony over-looking the courtyard, fountain and pool. The
lower level of the one bedroom units have balconies with a small table and chairs
that are perfect for breakfast or an intimate dinner for two.

Additional Details The units are located on
a quiet residential street about 10 blocks south of the plaza and three blocks
inland from the water. There is an excellent beach at the Hotel Cozumel Resort,
which is about 4 blocks from Casa Martillo. The streets of Cozumel are safe
to walk at all hours of the night. Cozumel is one of the premier diving locations
in the world for both SCUBA and snorkel.
We have imported full size G.E. stoves and refrigerators, ceiling fans, and
all electrical appliances. The kitchens are complete with built in microwave
oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and all utensils, etc. Purified bottled
water is provided. There is a large supermarket across the street from about
four blocks from the condos. There are small shopping carts stored in the laundry
room for the guest to use. The amenities include: Electronic safes, computerized
card door and exterior gate locks, intercom with front gate, and hair dryers
in every bathroom. The courtyard has a great palapa (roofed outdoor living,
dining area) with two barbecues, one gas and one charcoal. The pool is about
4 1/2 feet deep throughout and the courtyard has a unique tropical fountain.
Every bedroom has its own balcony. The bedroom for the one-bedroom units is
on the third floor and has a good view of the courtyard and surrounding area.
The balconies on the lower level of the one-bedroom units have a small table
and chairs that are perfect for breakfast of a romantic dinner for two. The
one bedroom units also have beautiful custom stained glass windows in the stairway
that add to the ambiance. There is a phone in the common area for local calls
and Casa Martillo includes WiFi internet access.
